4. Do I need to provide garment sizes?

Providing garment sizes or a size chart is highly recommended to ensure accurate production and fit. ​

5. Do I need fashion training to start a clothing brand?

No formal fashion training is required. Our team is here to guide you through the entire process, from design to production.​

6. What do I need to get started?

To begin, please provide your logo in vector format, detailed design sketches or tech packs, artwork files for prints or embroidery, and a size chart for each design. ​

7. What if I don't have a logo or design?

Our design team can assist you in creating a logo and developing your designs based on your ideas and inspirations.​

8. How does the entire process work?

Our process includes design consultation, pattern making, sampling, bulk production, quality control, and shipping.​
Lead Times

9. What is the lead time for the entire process?

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. Typically, sampling takes 7-10 days, and bulk production takes 4-6 weeks after sample approval.​

10. Can you do rush orders?

Yes, we can accommodate rush orders depending on our production schedule and the specifics of your order. Additional fees may apply.​
