Xzapparel specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of women’s fashion apparel and accessories. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Order Confirmation: All orders require written confirmation. Production commences only after receiving a signed agreement and the necessary deposit.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Changes: Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and other factors. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise and must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Authorization: All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, samples, and clearance items are non-returnable.
Charges: Sample development fees are non-refundable and will be communicated prior to production.
Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before bulk production.
All designs, patterns, and materials provided by Xzapparel remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including designs, pricing, and client information, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.
Xzapparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
Xzapparel is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
Xzapparel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
